Catherine is a leader in the field of reputation management and influencing. She is an expert in assessing reputation risk for brands and organisations and in developing strategies and campaigns to build and protect reputation.
Experience as a Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director and Chair of Audit, coupled with her executive knowledge of corporate and financial reporting, Catherine has a wealth of expertise in corporate governance.

Her experience as an active Non-Executive Director and past experience as an Executive Committee member enables her to guide her coachees in their efforts to build effective and high impact working relationships with executive colleagues, board members and their teams. Business leaders working with Catherine to increase their performance, effectiveness and impact will be guided through a goal setting process driven by their own aspirations and career goals. During their coaching programme they will be encouraged to recognise and value their key strengths and build on these to deliver the best results. They explore techniques to maintain confidence in their performance and gain recognition for their achievements.
